Bachelor of Tufts University (1984) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University (1988). He has over 35 years of experience in the finance area and is a member of the board of directors of various Panamanian companies. He currently serves as Executive Vice-President of Empresa General de Capital, S.A. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Perutil, S.A. since 2019, with expiry of mandate in 2025. Mr. Chapman is Panamanian and resides in the Republic of Panama.

Degree in Law; University of Basel, 1981; L.L.M. Degree in Law, Georgetown University and Harvard Law School, 1986; Founder, Chairman and President of HSZ Group, board member since 2005, expiry of mandate 2024. Mr. Schmid is Swiss and resides in Hong Kong.
