He has over 35 years of experience in the finance area and is a member of the board of directors of various Panamanian companies. He currently serves as Executive Vice-President of Empresa General de Capital, S.A. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Perutil, S.A. since 2019, with expiry of mandate in 2025. Mr. Chapman is Panamanian and resides in the Republic of Panama.
